CHURCH OF SWEAT IS A QUEER, TRANS AND NON-BINARY FORWARD BUSINESS. OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS CREATING NURTURING, RADICAL SPACE THAT FEEDS QUEER HEARTS AND BODIES AND THOSE OF OUR ALLIES. We prioritize creating safe and inclusive spaces and personal training for people of all capabilities, body types and identities to work on their fitness in a non-judgemental, joyful way. We help every individual get the fittest they have ever been, while learning physical skills they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. You will see results. More importantly, you will FEEL results.

In my experience this approach, in conjunction with whatever your goals may be, leads to a significant improvement in feelings of well-being and capacity, while future-proofing your joints and spine against unnecessary wear and tear.
