Certified in personal training, yoga and meditation (500 hours) and Classical MAT PILATES (125 hours), Craig (THEY/THEM) wants everyone to have access to quality instruction and guidance when it comes to their personal fitness. that’s why craig created get it: a low cost monthly package of fitness and training support.
if you’ve ever wanted the guidance of an experienced coach but found the process inaccessable for any reason, this is for you.
HOW IT WORKS:
once you’ve signed up, we’ll do a deep dive on your fitness needs (injuries, limitations, likes and dislikes) and your fitness dreams. from there you will be given a personalized training program based on craig’s thousands of hours of developing programs. you will be set-up through a fitness portal where you will have all the information you need to succeed. we will do a one hour introduction, going over everything. you will always have the opportunity to ask craig questions whenever they arise but you will also have a check-in once a month. Craig will be able to monitor your progress through the portal and once we’ve checked-in, they can set you up for the following month based on feedback and progress. it is a win/win of cost and autonomy with all of the knowledge and experience of a top-tier trainer and coach at your back.
